They aim to inspire a new generation of 21st century leaders who are environmentally aware, civically engaged, and empowered to make a positive impact within their communities. Cottonwood Institute collaborates with schools and youth organizations\u2014primarily for middle and high school students.<\/p>\n<p>The Mappy Hour crew came in force, donating $10\u2013$50 per person. We then listened to Madeline Bachner Lane from the Cottonwood Institute highlight three of their programs for 2018. We split into groups, and voted on our favorite one. After some debate, the Action Project was the winner of 100% of the cash collected at the door.<\/p>\n<p>We also had amazing support and raffle prizes from Maroon Bell Outdoor, a yearly supporting sponsor of Cottonwood Institute!
