tips from Captain Spence<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During mid-day,\u00a010-3pm the sun is in the southern part of the sky.<\/li>\n<li>The sun is south at noon<\/li>\n<li>Clouds can be used to determine directions<\/li>\n<li>Since only the brightest stars can be seen in New York City, it makes it easier to find the North Star!<\/li>\n<li>Sky color can be used to tell West from pop quiz!) we split up into adventure corners.
