Join us for Mappy Hour Springfield at Mother's Brewing Company. Our topic this month will be Cooking in the Outdoors. Brandi Keltner has been camping and spending time outside for as long as she can remember. But she feels like she has been helping in the kitchen for longer. She loves to cook, eat, and play outside.

Over the years her fiancé and her have found that they desire well prepared meals when camping yet don’t want to bring the entire kitchen’s worth of stuff to make that happen. After years of experimenting, they have developed the perfect food prep for their style of camping which is not quite glamping but not roughing it either. This allows them the ability to eat well yet spend all the time they want climbing, kayaking, slacklining, and all the adventures they want to have along the way.

We will talk about what to pre-cook, what to leave raw, and most importantly how to package it.
