Come hear about mountain biking, bike adventures and trail building in the MD, DC and VA region. Steve Harper of the Mid-Atlantic Off-Road Enthusiasts (MORE), a community of approximately 1500 trail building and bike riding trail lovers, will talk about his recent addiction to the sport of mountain biking, riding across northern Spain on the Camino de Santiago and how to get into nature on a two wheels.

You will learn about:

• The 700 miles of trails near you and how to find them
• MORE's numerous weekly rides, including beginner, intermediate, advanced and kid rides
• How to get involved in trail building and how to make our trail system even better
• The challenges of building trails - making sure that they don't add to run-off and pollution
