As the summer season nears its close, my favorite time of year is just around the corner. Fall perhaps is one of the most amazing times of the year to get outdoors. As sweltering temperatures die down and leaves begin to change, it's hard to resist throwing the backpack in the car, grabbing a couple of friends and hitting the trail for the weekend. For this month’s Mappy Hour we will be talking about the basics of hiking and camping. Travis Gray will be sharing his do’s and don’t on the trail as well as his experience thru-hiking the AT. Before you know it, the time will come when through hikers take off on their journey to hike the entire Appalachian Trail. Ever wondered if you have what it takes?
