Join us on a Mappy Hour walk into the New Year! Casual lakeside nature walk, burning bowl ceremony and howling at the first full moon of 2020. Let’s call forth adventures

Meet at Lake Atalanta Park at 7PM.

Nature Walk commencing at 7:15 to The Grove for Burning Bowl Ceremony and howling at the Wolf Moon.

What is a burning bowl ceremony: For centuries, indigenous groups used smoke as a symbol of their thoughts and prayers rising to the Great Spirit. The purpose of the ceremony is to shift consciousness. It’s about becoming still, naming what you want to release, and letting it go. On a piece of paper, write what you want to release. Know that letting go begins the moment you put pen to paper, releasing old wounds, negativity, or unhealthy thought patterns, making room for greatness in 2020. Paper, pens and fire provided.
