Join in for a conversation with Omar Diaz and Brian Paupaw, the co-founders of the Hoods to Woods Foundation, moderated by Jamie Kiley of OvR.
The three will chat about their own journeys to finding snow sports and the power of snowboarding to change lives, specifically that of underserved teens in Brooklyn.
Omar and Brian will also be sharing an awesome new project Hoods to Woods is working on, Jamie will provide updates on OvR's rides to the mountains from NYC and Mappy Hour and The North Face will be launching a new beanie collaboration with proceeds going to Hoods to Woods.
About Hoods to Woods
In 2009, Hoods to Woods was created with the idea that everyone should have access to the outdoors. Our co-founders Brian Paupaw and Omar Diaz grew up in underserved communities in New York City and understand that sharing their passion for the outdoors can have a positive impact on inner city youth.
Donations tonight are going straight to the Hoods to Woods Foundation!
