Let's learn skills together!
We're so excited to have photographer and filmmaker Trevor Riley join us to for a night dedicated to capturing outdoor sports from behind the lens.
Trevor will be covering:
- entry level gear for outdoor photography
- basic principles for shooting outdoors
- introduction to exposure and composition
- the balance between doing adventures and pausing to capture adventures
This workshop will be open to people of all levels, including beginners. Note for clarity: the class takes place indoors , we will be talking about taking photos outdoors.
Trevor Riley is a filmmaker and photographer based in Washington Heights, NY that focuses his work around his passion for climbing and the outdoors. He believes photos and film are a way to experience other worlds. He hopes his own will allow viewers to experience the lives of strangers in an honest and relatable way.

Health and Safety
1. Please come fully vaccinated and with a mask to wear for the night. If you haven't gotten your vaccine yet, head over to: www1.nyc.gov/site/doh/covid/covid-19-vaccines.page to get more information and then join us later in the summer.2. We will be following all local and national guidelines. Right now, that means we can have a masks off extravaganza indoors. If regulations change, we'll email everyone with our updates.
3. We will be regulating capacity to 50 people. We know this likely means everyone won't be able to come *but* we're working on adding more events for the summer ASAP.
