Join us for S'MORES, "Costumes", and Denver's Mappy Hour (Spooky) Story Slam. We'll be back at our favorite Santa Fe Arts District spot: Wayfinder Co-op, for a night of storytelling, laughter and a few Crazy Mountain pints.

We want to hear about your scars, mishaps, disasters, danger, and sketchy moments that plague your adventures and journeys.

Perhaps you thought you saw something in the woods and heard a noise... but were your senses just playing tricks on you? Did you violently vomit for hours during the Four Pass Loop?

We know part of the experience of being an outdoorsy Front-Ranger / Denverite includes going on epic adventures that can sometimes go awry — so you're invited to bring a story that recounts a time where "Shit hit the fan in the Great Outdoors!"

The rules of the road: We will randomly pick 5 speakers to share so come prepared! Each story will be limited to 4 minutes and we ask that you keep it PG.

Gather around the campfire (Oh yes! There will be a campfire.) and roast up a couple s'mores to feed your appetite.

While there will be a keg of Crazy Mountain Brew on-tap, attendees are encouraged to BYOB if they prefer Cider, Wine, or other Adult Beverages.

Get into the Halloween spirit! There will be a costume contest and prizes awarded to the winners. Provided by National Geographic Maps, we will have three trail map books (Colorado 14er Northern Region, Colorado 14ers Southern Region and Rocky Mountain National Park) that will be given to the most creative costumes!
