Full datetime event:Wednesday, January 16, 2019From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Picture this: you've packed all your gear, made your plans, and battled traffic to escape the city and get into the mountains. Finally! You strap on your pack and head down the trail, but slowly your friends pull farther and farther ahead of you. You feel heavy, tired, and frustrated. Damn office job.
Do you have goals for this coming year, but wonder whether your body is up for the adventures your heart desires? Don't let another year slip by. Experience the fulfillment of getting into the outdoors and feel great while you're out there!
We are excited to bring in, holistic nutrition coach, Katie Gerber to help our members dial in their health and prepare for their next outdoor activity. Katie is inspired to help people optimize their health, so they can feel great doing what they love. She believes that when people feel their best, they tap into their true selves and access their fullest potential. She has thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, the Oregon Desert Trail, and the Colorado Trail in addition to several shorter routes. She's passionate about using her own struggles with autoimmunity and adrenal fatigue to share what she's learned and to help others experience vibrant health.
Katie aims to create strength, resilience, and endurance by taking a whole-body approach and getting to the root of imbalances. Katie writes for several outdoors and health publications and serves as Vice President of the American Long Distance Hiking Association-West.
Katie will discuss the exact strategy she uses with clients to go from office job to adventure ready and she'll share a free guide to get you started on your own! This will be one of a two-part series taught by Katie. Learn more about our host by visiting her website:
