Description

In November, we had fun chatting about how to recreate outdoors in the winter, but this month we're diving even deeper for the history, land management, and ski nerds among you with a talk by Adirondack's local and owner at Live More Adventures, Dave Skibinski.

You may have noticed the ski industry behemoths (we're looking at you KSL & Vail) swallow up resorts on both the east and west coast, yet somehow, New York State continues to operate three public land mountains including the famous Whiteface. What's going on here? And how does that influence where and how we can go out and ride.
