Seeing the Grand Canyon from the rim is an incredible experience but what about looking up from the Colorado River? Tonight we're teaming up with Travel Massive to hear from 4 explorers - Paulina Dao, Tyler Fox, Helena Wong and Sarah Knapp - who spent much of December and some of January rafting down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.

Their trip took a total of 29 days and included 16 people, 5 inflatable rafts, and dozens of rapids.

• logistics of a 20+ day trip from food to layers to leave no trace practices
• skill level and rowing acumen (how good do you really need to be?)
• talk about the permit process which is open until February 22
