Sunset kayak on Lake Michigan?! Yes, please.

Hit the open water with Mappy Hour Chicago for a weeknight, sunset kayaking adventure on Lake Michigan – guided by Kayak Chicago.

The 1.5-hour trip (with a brief orientation) starts at Kayak Chicago's Montrose Beach location. We'll paddle out into the open water to catch sweet views of downtown Chicago, drift along the shoreline, and paddle around the piers at Edgewater Beach and Hollywood Beach.

After the paddle, we'll hang out at the Kayak Chicago beach hut for some local craft beer and a non-alcoholic beer tasting.

Registration includes:

• Single kayak
• Life jacket and paddle

What to bring:

• Kayaking clothes (you might get a little wet)
