This month Amy Ruszala, ambassador for Dirtbag Runners, will be talking all things trail running.

Amy began running to relieve stress and has been scaling her distances since her first half-marathon. She has trained through stress fractures and injuries, found a trail running community, completed numerous 50k races, and crushed a 100k.
From training and goal setting, to fuel and your mental game, Amy's going to cover it all.
