Often extending for miles, a cave’s intricate passageways contain crystalline formations that may have taken many thousands of years to form. The caves, grottos and caverns of Colorado are spread throughout the state, each complex in their own unique way. Kevin Manley, the President of the Front Range Grotto, will showcase the Colorado caves on the top of his list as well as reach into this trusty pack for a "show and tell" portion; all the items a caver should never leave home without! 

The Front Range Grotto is a local chapter of the National Speleological Society (NSS). The mission of the NSS is to study, explore and conserve cave and karst resources; protect access to caves; encourage responsible management of caves and their unique environments and promote responsible caving.
