In honor of International Women's Day (March 8), we're gathering to hear from female experts in the world of sports. Whether you're an endurance pro or a casual gym attendee, this panel is for female athletes of all backgrounds and abilities.

Born and raised in Brooklyn Samantha loves exercising her balance between city life and the outdoors by planning trips and adventures across the country. She finds her inspiration through mountains and her love for painting. Bringing people together through adventure and exploration has always been a source of joy for her.

Caiti Donovan is a global strategist and entrepreneur. She has spent more than 15 years working in sales, data technology, strategic marketing, and digital media. Caiti has founded/co-founded three companies, including her current nonprofit organization, SheIS. She has led endeavors that have driven more than $20 million in revenue and fundraising in the past five years alone, and campaigns that have been seen by more than 1 billion people.

Having lived in 14 cities across four continents, Caiti is a strong advocate for empowering people through embracing cultural diversity. She spends her free time training for half marathons (or the occasional marathon) with her husband, Patrick, or playing with their dachshund mix, Ava. She currently resides in New York City.

Anna Pfaff is an alpinist, expedition climber, and nurse who has climbed in some of the most remote alpine terrain in the world. In 2017, she led an all-star crew of female climbers on a month-long expedition to a remote valley deep in India’s Zanskar Range. That same year, she was one of two women on TNF’s Expedition Antarctica and in 2018, Anna, along with TNF teammate Andres Marin and David Allfrey, climbed The Eternal Flame on The Nameless Tower and The American Route on the Great Trango Tower. Anna has funded most of her expeditions working as a trauma nurse. She spent a decade working as a travel ER nurse, choosing posts near challenging crags, and is now based in Truckee, California, where the registered nurse works shifts when she’s not on the road. In both her nursing and climbing lifestyles, she thrives on organized chaos in unexpected situations.

P.S. It's also Mappy Hour's bday. Expect extra fun.
