Description
Want to get away this summer by bike? Wondering how to get started planning a bikepacking trip?
Tonight, Cassandra Brooklyn of Escaping NY will be highlighting how she approaches planning her local and international trips.
Cassandra will dive into:
- "where do I start!?"
- researching routes
- finding campsites
- packing
She'll be using an upcoming trip she's planning to Long Island (which she'll be reporting back on for Mappy Hour in September) as an example of her process. She'll also share her unique experience not only biking in Cuba but writing an entire guidebook about it.
Join in to build up your skills for self supported adventure by bike!
