Description
Sometimes, we need all the strength we can get to work through life's challenges. Running is an outlet that helps connect our mind and body. Runner and podcast host at We Run The Desert Podcast Jeremy Heath delivers a 1/2 hour runner’s strength training at home workout. He’ll help us focus our minds and bodies as well as sharing his coming out experience and what drew him to running.

What is Find Your Stride all about?
October 11th is National Coming Out Day. To celebrate we've partnered with friends, allies, and partners including Get Out And Trek and The North Face to break free and break boundaries this fall with chats, tips and guides to get you running. Join us.
All donations for this event and the entire Find Your Stride Series went to Athlete Ally, whose mission is to end the rampant homophobia and transphobia in sport and to activate the athletic community to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality.
