Description

To get the most out of yourself, we look for empowerment, guidance, and accountability. These are things you won't find in training books and workout tables, but rather we can seek out and create from those around us.

Pro runner and coach Tyler Andrews discusses the importance of community for athletes of all levels, from world champions to weekend warriors.


What is Find Your Stride all about?
October 11th is National Coming Out Day. To celebrate we've partnered with friends, allies, and partners including Get Out & Trek and The North Face to break free and break boundaries this fall with chats, tips and guides to get you running. Join us.


All donations from this event and the entire Find Your Stride Series went to Athlete Ally, whose mission is to end the rampant homophobia and transphobia in sport and to activate the athletic community to exercise their leadership to champion LGBTQI+ equality.
