About Gabriella:

"My chef journey started in the womb, being born to a mother who always lovingly cooked family meals. I grew up spending a lot of time in the kitchen. It’s a way i connect to my community, ancestors, earth and myself. My joy and passion for food led me down a path of studies in Holistic Nutrition and eventually mutual aid food sovereignty support in the community. Connecting and creating food is at the center of my life and is woven into most things I do. When I'm not making Sky Above Grub I'm working as a private chef, offering earth to table catering and working 1:1 with folks in the realm of nutrition and connecting to ancestral foods. "
