Ready to explore the recreational possibilities that are literally at your doorstep? The Long Path runs from Fort Lee, NJ (the other side of the George Washington Bridge) all the way up to the Adirondacks!
Join Mappy Hour and Allmansright for a 6 mile hike on the Long Path (via the A train - no car required). From big mile thru-hikers to newer hikers looking to explore nature this event will cover a little bit for everyone that loves to get out and explore.
At lunch we'll have the founders of Allmansright leading a group talk on how to start lightening your load for backpacking.
All proceeds are going to our friends at New York-New Jersey Trail Conference who help to maintain and build this awesome trail!
We will meet at the NW corner of 177th st. & Cabrini Blvd. We will then proceed across the GWB to the beginning of the LP in Fort Lee Historic Park. Check out the Google Map here!
Bring layers and wear appropriate footwear for 6 mi. walk, bring your lunch and bring water and a snack.
Attendees will be getting swagged out with 1 Dyneema Stuff Sack from allmansright
