In a little over a week it will be Mappy Hour again. This month our Mappy Hour is taking a slightly different format: it’s the holiday season so it will be part holiday party, part Mappy Hour, and part ski season launch.
Perfectly timed with the first snowfall of the year, the theme for the night is snow sports (mainly centering around skiing and snowboarding). We’ll have four different experts on various ski related topics from pre-season training to avalanche safety. Each expert will be in a different part of the room so you can choose who you want to learn from for the night.
Afterwards, we’ll collectively create an adventure map, and hear from co-hosts OvR on their upcoming bus trips to go riding in New York State and Vermont. Plus, the first beer is free and there will be free Kombrewcha (alcoholic kombucha) all night.
